BLUE BIRDS: WILLIAMSJI TRANSLATES

MY SECRET

In a woodland by a cottage,
A little stream flows lazily by.
Strolling through the other day,
I saw a cloud of butterflies.
Wild flowers blossomed gaily,
In harmony, and happy each one.
Varied grasses, tall and bright.
Daisies, buttercups and pink clover,
Craning their faces towards the sun.
Languishing in that lovely woodland,
Blows my cares and worries far away.
Only the bees are heartily working,
Collecting their wares, for another day.
